Call for now, WhatsApp for photos, email for paper
The same number takes calls and WhatsApp messages. Email is for anything you want in writing. There is no contact form: a lockout should not wait for one.

Three ways to reach the locksmith
-
Ring
For anything happening now: shut out, a key snapped, a door forced.
-
WhatsApp
For photos of the lock or the door, and a location pin sent from the gate.
-
Email
For quotes in writing and booked jobs, especially from abroad. Not for lockouts.
What to include
- The urbanisation and street, or the block, portal and floor.
- Something visible from the gate: a house name, a gate colour.
- What has happened, and a photo of the lock if you can.
- For a booked job, the days that suit you.
Not sure your street is covered? Every zone and town is listed. Locked out right now? Ring, or read how the emergency service works.
Good to know
- Answered in English and Spanish, 24 hours a day.
- Payment by cash, card or Bizum, with an invoice.
- Price agreed before work starts, once the job has been seen.
- A mobile service: there is no shop or office to visit.
