# One phone, one trade, twenty-two years of doors

Locksmith Jávea is a mobile locksmith working from Xàbia, with 22 years of work on doors, locks and safes behind it. There is no shop to visit: the van and the tools come to the door.

## How a job is run

- **The phone is answered** at any hour, every day, in English or Spanish.
- **No arrival time is promised.** You hear an honest estimate of the drive for your address.
- **The price is agreed before any work starts**, once the door or lock has been seen.
- **The least damaging way in** the door allows; drilling only with your yes.
- **Proof is asked for** before a door, a car or a safe is opened.
- **Payment** by cash, card or Bizum, with an invoice.

## Working round Xàbia

A job in the old town means parking outside the narrow streets and walking in with the tools. A job at the Arenal means a portal, a lift and a floor. A job in the urbanisations means finding one gate among many on a hillside, which is why you are asked for a house name or a location pin.
